For more than 10 years, I was a paralegal at a boutique California firm, handling the full spectrum of trusts & estates work: from drafting thousands of estate planning documents to administering $50M+ estates and preparing 50+ Form 706 returns. I loved the work, but I kept noticing the same pain points:

• Attorneys and paralegals were periodically overextended with trust administration and tax prep.

• Firms were outsourcing high-value work to CPAs.
