How I Work
I provide on-demand trusts & estates paralegal support exclusively for California attorneys and law firms. Every project is attorney-supervised, seamless, and compliance-ready—so you get expert help without payroll overhead.
My Role
Attorney-Ready Drafting: Trust documents, schedules, accountings, and Form 706 drafts prepared for your review and approval.
Collaborative Support: Direct coordination with supervising attorneys and staff to keep matters moving.
Professional Integration: At your direction, I work with CPAs, appraisers, and valuation experts to ensure a streamlined process.
Engagement Process
New projects begin with a quick consultation to confirm scope, pricing, and the right billing model (hourly, flat-fee, or retainer). Once the assignment is defined, I prepare an engagement letter for attorney review and signature.
For ongoing clients, a simple email or memo is often enough to start new matters.
Conflicts of Interest
I only accept matters where I can provide services under ethical and industry best practices. Any potential conflict is disclosed immediately and declined if necessary.
